Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to managers and employees by overseeing both routine and advanced administrative duties at a prestigious Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Pay Range: $27- 29/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Key Responsibilities • Office Administration:, • Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry., • Manage correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports., • Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail and shipments., • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents., • Scheduling & Coordination:, • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments., • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and employees., • Assist in organizing company meetings, conferences, and events., • Financial & Billing Support:, • Prepare and submit invoices for clients in a timely manner., • Track and monitor billing and expense reports., • Assist with expense reconciliation and payment processing., • Communication & Reporting:, • Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other professional documents., • Provide written and verbal support to managers and team members., • Respond to emails and inquiries professionally and promptly., • Support for Managers & Employees:, • Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed., • Assist in special projects and initiatives to support company goals., • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Excellent oral and written communication skills., • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively., • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and invoicing.
