Key Responsibilities • Leadership & People Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members. Foster a positive, service-driven culture with clear expectations and accountability., • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, uphold brand and safety standards, manage vendors and inventory, and quickly resolve operational issues., • Financial & Business Acumen: Manage labor, food, and operating costs; analyze sales and performance data; drive revenue through promotions and events; and execute budget strategies., • Guest Experience: Ensure consistent hospitality and service standards.
