Job DescriptionDescription: Job Summary: The Vice President, Enterprise Project Management leads the end-to-end delivery of StrideCare's capital growth portfolio. This role converts approved strategy into open, revenue-generating sites by overseeing real estate execution, design and construction, licensure and accreditation, and operational go-live, while leading the project management team and upholding the capital discipline required for board-level accountability Essential Duties / Responsibilities: • Own the enterprise capital project portfolio end-to-end, maintaining a single source of truth for scope, schedule, budget, and status across all active projects and markets., • Establish and run a disciplined project-governance cadence — stage gates, milestone reviews, and risk/issue escalation — integrated with StrideCare's EOS operating rhythm (rocks, L10s, scorecards)., • Produce board- and Sponsor-ready reporting, including milestone tracking, capital-deployment status, variance-to-plan, and go-live readiness., • Own de novo clinic delivery from approved pipeline through opening, including site due diligence, LOI and lease negotiation support, buildout, staffing-readiness coordination, and go-live., • Provide market, cost, and timeline input into site selection to inform leadership's decision-making, without owning the selection itself., • Partner with operations and clinical leadership to sequence clinic openings against volume ramp and provider onboarding assumptions., • Direct ASC development from concept through licensure and first case, including space programming, room classification and compliance, buildout, equipment procurement, and accreditation coordination., • Manage the pathway from pre-launch to operating status, including CMS/state licensure milestones and payer/credentialing dependencies., • Lead other board- and executive-sponsored enterprise initiatives as assigned — including systems implementations, market/practice integrations, operational rollouts, and cross-market programs — applying consistent governance and delivery discipline., • Extend the same portfolio view, stage gates, and reporting to non-capital projects to provide leadership with one unified delivery function across the enterprise., • Build and defend project pro formas, including capital outlay, EBITDA impact, payback, and revenue-arbitrage/incremental-volume modeling, for board approval and post-completion true-up., • Own project budgets and contingency, driving value engineering and vendor competitive tension to protect returns., • Reconcile per-project and per-market capital figures so portfolio totals tie out cleanly for board materials., • Lead, develop, and hold accountable the project management team (PMs, outside partners/vendors), including hiring, performance management, and career development., • Allocate PM resources across the portfolio against enterprise priorities, balancing capital and non-capital workloads., • Own the project-delivery methodology, standards, templates, and tooling (e.g., monday.com portfolio boards) as the enterprise PMO., • Select and manage architects, general contractors, and equipment vendors, establishing standard playbooks that make each successive project faster and more predictable., • Serve as the single owner coordinating real estate, legal, IT, revenue cycle, credentialing, marketing, and clinical operations for capital projects, aligning toward a common go-live date., • Translate operational requirements into design and construction scope and translate construction realities back., • Other duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities: • Strong capital-planning and financial-modeling fluency, including pro formas, payback, and ROI/EBITDA impact., • Proven ability to run a structured project portfolio and report to executive and/or board-level stakeholders., • Strong organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional coordination abilities., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse stakeholder groups toward a common goal., • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a project management team or PMO, including resource allocation across a multi-project portfolio., • Working knowledge of real estate development, design/construction processes, licensure and accreditation pathways, and vendor/contractor management., • Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism., • A team player who can manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Requirements: Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field., • 10+ years leading multi-site capital projects, real estate development, or design/construction, with direct ownership of budgets, schedules, and delivery., • Demonstrated success opening healthcare or multi-location retail/clinical facilities from site selection through go-live., • Direct experience developing ASCs or licensed clinical facilities, including FGI/ASHRAE 170 room classification, accreditation, and AHJ/state-licensure processes., • Enterprise PMO or program-management experience spanning both capital and non-capital initiatives., • PE-backed or high-growth platform experience., • PMP or equivalent., • MBA or master's in a relevant field.
