Job Description Summary of Position: The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, Corporate: • Adheres to the HTGSS policies and procedures, • Learns, demonstrates and upholds HTGSS Core Values, • Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and procedures, • Treats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesy, • Always strives to maintain a positive work environment, • Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget, • Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned EHS: • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, • Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment, • Meets company safety goals Duties and Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients., • Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work., • Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed., • Responsible for facilities inspections and reports., • Coordinates and manages moves, add and change activities., • Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects., • Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports., • Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures., • Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Position Requirements and Qualifications • Must have 5-10 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment, • Experience at an Automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier is preferred Technical/ Computer Skills: • Knowledgeable of applicable building codes, zoning codes and approval process, • Licensure in Civil Engineering preferred but not required, • Experienced in managing projects from beginning to end, • Working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD, • Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), • Experience with SAP is preferred This Position Description is intended as a summary of the job responsibilities for this particular position.
