Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for data collection and analysis of key warehouse processes: Receiving, Put Away, Packaging, Picking, Stuffing and Shipping. The incumbent ensures a smooth and consistent operation so that parts and supplies can be located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy customer requirements. Essential Functions: (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) • Monitors and maintains warehouse processes and changes for Redistribution Center Process Manual, • Creates and maintains all warehouse documentation related to procedures for all work centers, • Conducts quarterly process audits to ensure procedural accuracy and reports all findings, • Uses internal systems to monitor, measure, and analyze warehouse capacities for each department, • Provides daily reports to Warehouse Manager on current workload and worker distribution, • Coordinates with warehouse supervisors to analyze warehouse stock by type, classification, and quantity for continuous consolidation efforts, • Monitors and reports Warehouse Optimization Storage (WOS) space fill rates, • Maintains strong relationship with suppliers, internal customers, and external customers, • Supports company values and goals to establish a world class organization, • Plans, conducts, and promotes team safety meetings within the workplace Required Education & Experience: • 5 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics environment, • Good communication, analytical, and technical skills, • Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment, • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, • 5 years’ of experience in an automotive environment, • Knowledge of automotive distribution, warehousing, JIT (Just-in-Time) 5’S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) Team building, and Lean Manufacturing experience, • 50% Office; 50% Floor, • 10% Domestic/ International Travel, • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment such as forklift, high reach, pallet jack, skid wrapper, and PDA Scanner Company DescriptionWho is Hyundai MOBIS?
