Job Description Position Title/Role: Accounting and Finance Manager Department/WG Accounting/Finance Reports To: HOD and CFO FLSA Status: Exempt Prepared Date: 11/11/2025 Approved Date: 11/11/2025 Summary The Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the General Accounting, Cost Accounting and Budgeting. The incumbent also provides monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports, coordinates annual business planning, and implements productivity and process improvement initiatives. Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) Management of General Accounting and Cost Accounting • Supervise Cost Accounting and Treasury staffs, • Review accounting documents, • Perform overall monthly closing process, • Perform monthly standard costing job Financial Reporting • Prepare profit and loss, balance sheet, investment activity, and Inventory analysis monthly, • Prepare General Ledger(GL) account statement and analyze budget/actual variances, • Prepare financial report packages (HQ template) quarterly and yearly. Audit Support • Support auditors’ PBC requests for quarterly and yearly audit, • Respond to auditors’ inquiries regarding quarterly and yearly audit Business Planning • Coordinate yearly business planning process with other departments, • Review departmental budget for business planning packages Preliminary Costing and CAPEX review • Work on Preliminary Costing for new vehicles., • Analyze CAPEX plans. Fund management • Manage daily, monthly fund activities, • Review weekly payment proposals prepared by staffs Others • Set up company guidelines when issues among departments arise, • All other jobs requested by supervisors or management Supervisory Responsibilities : Yes Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.) Preferred Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related fields, • 5 or more years of finance and accounting work experience, • SAP experience, • Manufacturing costing experience Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Ability to manage projects and tasks within deadline time period, • Ability to produce financial reports as needed, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None Working Conditions: Office setting, sits in a stationary position for 90% of the work day Company DescriptionWho is Hyundai MOBIS?
