Patient Education and Support: Guide patients through paperwork, contracts, and medical protocols related to addiction treatment. Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or other relevant certification is also acceptable. Phlebotomy Experience: Phlebotomy skills are highly desirable. Proficiency in Google Suite: Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google applications. Experience with EMR Systems: Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred (at least 1 year). Ability to Navigate Multiple Patient Medical Record Platforms: Capable of learning and adapting to various patient management systems. Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, providers, and coworkers in a professional manner. Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy clinic setting. Dependability and Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to travel to multiple rural locations as needed. Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for travel between clinic locations. Job Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent certification. Experience: At least 1 year of experience with EMR systems is preferred. Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly addiction medicine, is a plus. Valid Driver's License Work Setting: In-person at the clinic. Rover to Denver Region Clinics Work Hours: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays required.
