eLearning Developer (Contract-to-Hire) We are working exclusively/closely with our client in identifying eLearning Developer to support their Instructional Designers by transforming content into polished deliverables. This role starts as a contract with the intention of conversion to FTE. Key Responsibilities: • Develop eLearning deliverables from ID-provided content., • Create engaging digital learning assets including eLearning modules, micro-videos, and quick reference guides (QRGs)., • Support change management efforts by designing and executing change communications., • Provide creative, graphical, and illustrative solutions to simplify complex concepts., • Assist with communications deliverables and storytelling for technologies such as MS Office Suite and Veeva., • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and internal stakeholders., • Content will primarily be created by Instructional Designers before being handed off., • Developer may occasionally source content from existing documentation, SME interviews, or internal resources. Start Date: targeting end of November Duration: Through mid-January, with potential for conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE) Hours: 40 hours per week Location: As a contractor you will work virtually, once converted to an FTE you will be required to be onsite in Overland Park, KS Tuesday through Thursday with Monday and Friday remaining as virtual days. Experience Required: • Strong eLearning development background with proven portfolio, • Experience supporting Change Management and Communications initiatives, • Ability to create engaging, highly graphical, and illustrative content, • Familiarity with Articulate 360, Canva, MS Office Suite - All required licenses and laptop will be provided., • Knowledge of AI tools helpful, or strong willingness to learn new technologies The pay range for this is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
