You'll review model responses to scenarios involving student advising, mental health flagging, admissions conversations, and other school-related situations. Your insights will help assess AI system limitations and surface risks before broader deployment.\n\n-- Timeline: Now through December 29th\n-- Commitment: 40–100 total hours\n-- Begins with a paid 2–4 day work trial\n-- Fully remote and flexible schedule\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n-- 4+ years full-time experience in academic advising, student counseling, or related roles\n-- English fluency\n-- U.S. residency\n-- Access to a computer and reliable internet\n-- Comfort with online tools (video calls, file uploads, etc.)\n-- Able to follow detailed written instructions and complete tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\n-- Hourly pay: $40-60 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\n-- Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\n-- Entirely remote, work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\n-- Current employment in the field is NOT required\n\nWHY PARTICIPATE? \nYou'll contribute to important research that establishes professional benchmarks in your field while getting compensated for expertise you already possess.
