Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Competitive salary, • Dental insurance, • Free food & snacks, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off Key Responsibilities: • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across assigned locations, • Ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices, • Support schools in maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards, • Assist with onboarding and professional development of new teachers, • Analyze school performance data and create action plans to improve educational outcomes, • Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement, • Travel between assigned school locations as neededQualifications:, • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Masters preferred), • Minimum of 35 years of experience in early childhood education, • Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred, • Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and classroom management strategies, • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned regionSalary Range: $55,000 to $65,000, based on level of education and relevant experience. Shift Schedule: We offer flexible shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Ready to Make a Difference?
