Why Join Us? • Be part of a trusted, established company, • Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented work culture What you'll be doing – The Role: • Processes incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax., • Relays all customers concerns and requests related to products, services, and equipment to the appropriate Daiohs team members, in a timely fashion., • Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using the Company’s specialized computer software., • Checks in with Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconciles all customer funds received during deliveries., • Dispatches Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinates service installations., • Makes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assists in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less., • Processes and applies payments to customer accounts, • Communicates sales leads to appropriate branch personnel., • Provides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor’s absence., • Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents., • Develops and demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and pricing structure., • Starting hourly rate of $17.00 - $22.00, • 401(k) and company matching, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, • Employee Assistance Program, • Flexible Spending Account, • Life insurance, • Paid vacation and sick time, • High school diploma or equivalent

Its mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.JOB SUMMARY:The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for the processing and shipping of sold merchandise, creating product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Address stock shipping, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely order fulfilment., • Administer inventory procedures to track active listings and securely store pending items in designated areas., • Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications., • Select high-value merchandise located at the ARC Center for sale on the online platform., • Test items to confirm functionality or authenticity after posting, such as electronics and jewelry., • Photograph and present merchandise in a visually appealing and informative manner., • Provide excellent customer support via email, message, and phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns., • Ensure precision in both written and verbal tasks., • Meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets determined by the Supervisor., • Demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, and high productivity through effective workload management., • Display an eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the organization., • Actively partner with the District Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and team members in the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce business.QUALIFICATIONS:, • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills of the English language., • Excellent computer and technology skills, with a focus on Windows Operating Systems (10 or higher) and all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.)., • Knowledge of online selling platforms and proficiency in Photoshop is preferred., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Ability to work under pressure and multitask., • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute., • Experience in identifying high-quality and designer brand merchandise., • Must have 2-4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:, • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis., • Ability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects such as household and office furniture, packages, and all other bulk items., • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs., • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks., • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vison requirements due to extensive computer work.Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.A qualified person with a disability may request a modification or adjustment to the job or work environment in order to meet the physical requirements of the position. Hourly Wage Range: Between $35,000-$45,000 annualized, inclusive of 2% commission on all personal sales. Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available. * Perform pre-testing as needed. * Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fits their budget requirements as well as eye care needs. * Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures. * Ensure all customers are satisfied. Resolve customers’ questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations. * Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements. * Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary. * Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. * Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc. * Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance. * Other duties as assigned and required.
