We are seeking mission-driven Civil/Industrial Engineers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide critical engineering analysis and assessments in support of defense operations.Your Mission As a Civil/Industrial Engineer, you will apply advanced engineering expertise to conduct facility and vulnerability assessments, capability and limitation analyses, and technical characterizations. Your work will directly contribute to understanding adversary capabilities, identifying risks, and enabling mission success for U.S. defense operations.What You’ll Do • Support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific and engineering research., • Conduct capability/limitation analyses, reverse engineering, and technical characterizations., • Perform facility and vulnerability assessments across a range of environments., • Apply expertise in civil/industrial engineering and related sub-disciplines, including:, • Environmental, power systems, and pipelines., • Petroleum, structural, and manufacturing engineering., • Geotechnical, transportation, and highway systems., • Materials science, seismic/earthquake, and construction engineering., • Hydrology and water resource engineering., • Integrate analytic findings with related assessments to provide comprehensive mission support., • Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience., • Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience., • Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.Required Skills & Knowledge:, • Active TS/SCI clearance., • Proven expertise in civil/industrial engineering and one or more sub-disciplines., • Demonstrated ability to conduct vulnerability assessments, technical analysis, or reverse engineering., • Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, briefings, and technical assessments., • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in support of defense or intelligence missions.Preferred Qualifications:, • Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other combatant command operations., • Familiarity with intelligence production and defense analytic requirements., • Advanced technical certifications in civil/industrial engineering disciplines., • Health Insurance (Geo Owl pays 80%+ of premium)., • 401k matching program., • Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance options., • Company-paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability., • Peer-to-Peer spot bonuses., • 120 hours of PTO per year + all federal holidays.
