About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s ready to build our recruitment engine from the ground up. You’ll be the architect of our hiring process - designing workflows, sourcing top talent, and making sure every candidate’s experience is smooth, human, and aligned with our values. What you’ll be doing: • Own the entire recruitment function - from requisition creation to offer stage., • Build scalable recruitment processes, SOPs, interview guides, and hiring matrices., • Source passive candidates using creative and data-driven methods., • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a top-tier experience at every touchpoint., • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role competencies and team needs., • Track and analyze hiring KPIs to continuously improve outcomes. Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field., • Candidate Experience Obsessed: You balance business goals with human-first hiring., • Communication & Empathy: You’re a great listener, a clear communicator, and a trusted partner to both candidates and colleagues, and you are fluent in English and Lithuanian (both spoken and written)., • Competency-Based Hiring: You know how to build high-performing teams by aligning hiring with role-specific skills., • Data-driven mindset and a love for continuous improvement., • Resilience and adaptability: You know how to pivot when hiring needs shift., • Work with a team of curious, kind, and driven humans., • Hybrid work setup (because flexibility matters) - up to 3 days remote., • Free parking at the office., • Snacks, coffee, and good vibes always stocked., • Private health insurance. 4000 – 4500 EUR gross monthly; the final offer will depend on the level of skills and experience. Physical Requirements • Ability to work Mon – Fri 10AM – 7PM EEST/EET (Vilnius time) and commute to our Vilnius office 2 times / week., • A dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work., • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection., • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings., • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
