Location: Las Vegas, Nevada – home to Paragon’s Packaging, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, and Education teams. Pay Range: $26-$30 per hour DOE (Those offered top of the pay range must have dental implant sales experience.) Paragon Implant offers two weeks (80 hours) of vacation, one week (40 hours) of Sick Leave, Holiday pay, and medical, dental and vision options (with a significant employer-paid portion of the premiums for the employee), and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with an employer match, adding value to the Total Compensation Package. The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving sales growth within the dental implant market by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers into long term customer relationships within an assigned territory. This individual manages sales activities through phone, email, and virtual meetings while delivering a consultative, education focused experience that supports customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention. The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic account development, and targeted prospecting efforts that expand market presence and increase revenue growth. The ideal candidate is sales driven, relationship focused, and passionate about educating dental professionals on innovative implant solutions that simplify procedures, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance patient care. Essential Duties • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities into long term customer relationships through strategic prospecting and outreach., • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to generate sales and drive revenue growth., • Manage product and educational sales activities within an assigned territory through targeted outreach, effective account management, and pipeline development., • Drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, virtual meetings, and disciplined follow up on marketing generated leads., • Deliver a high touch, consultative sales experience tailored to the clinical, operational, and business needs of dental professionals., • Lead new account onboarding activities to ensure smooth product adoption, strong initial engagement, and a positive customer experience., • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention., • Educate customers on dental implant systems, product features, benefits, workflows, and educational opportunities., • Conduct regular follow up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, and account expansion., • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities, follow up actions, and account status within CRM systems., • Meet or exceed established sales targets related to outreach activity, qualified opportunities, customer conversions, revenue generation, and territory growth., • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, education, and sales leadership teams to align outreach strategies with customer needs and business objectives., • Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, educational programs, and networking opportunities., • Ensure all customer interactions comply with FDA regulations, HIPAA requirements, and Company policies., • Attend company sponsored training programs related to products, sales methodologies, and industry trends., • Support cross functional initiatives and contribute to departmental and organizational goals Education: High School diploma or GED; combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. Experience & Competencies: Required • Minimum of five years of dental implant sales experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives., • Proven success in outbound business development, prospecting, cold calling, and territory growth., • Extensive knowledge of dental implant products, clinical workflows, and customer needs., • Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with dentists, specialists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and practice staff., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional presence., • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, managing sales pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and tracking performance metrics., • Strong organizational, time management, and account management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Demonstrated ability to onboard, retain, and grow customer relationships while working effectively in a team oriented environment., • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and adapt to changing business needs under limited supervision. Preferred • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and customer onboarding best practices., • Experience working with educational programs, training offerings, or clinician development initiatives in support of product adoption., • Experience managing multi-state or regional territories.
