Your Role As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll: • Perform maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, • Collaborate with a dedicated support team of dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical experts, • Utilize a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPE, • Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems and ice machines, • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, • Respond to emergency service requests with professionalism, • Provide insights on facility conditions and recommend improvements, • Support facility-related projects while adhering to safety standards, • Experience: 3–6 years in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems, • Certifications: EPA Certification required, • Physical Requirements:, • Climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., • Lift up to 75 lbs., • Work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics), • Work Environment: Primarily remote with occasional travel for training, meetings, or client-site visits, • Availability: Flexible for overtime and occasional travel, • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to environmental, health, safety, security, and fire protection standards; wear required PPE, • Install and service commercial HVAC systems and ice machines, • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues, • Execute equipment repairs and replacements, • Use industry software (preferred, not required), • Complete documentation accurately and on time If you’re passionate about delivering quality service and want to grow with a global leader, apply now!
