Why join us? • 401(k) with company match, • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), • Tuition reimbursement opportunities, • Employer-paid and voluntary life/disability insurance options Job Details Key Responsibilities Production & Quality • Oversee all daily activities across production lines, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety targets are met., • Direct setup and adjustment of production machinery; ensure job specifications and production schedules are clearly communicated., • Identify and implement improvements in equipment performance, workflow, and process efficiency., • Monitor and train team members in ERP and OEE systems to improve operational visibility and data accuracy., • Partner closely with Scheduling, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure seamless operations., • Model and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all employees use required PPE and follow established protocols., • Lead with a servant leadership mindset — supporting, developing, and motivating your team to achieve production goals., • Address performance and attendance issues promptly and constructively., • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where accountability, communication, and problem-solving thrive., • Support company initiatives and special projects as assigned. What We’re Looking For Personal Characteristics • Professional, dependable, and highly organized with strong communication skills., • Results-driven and solution-oriented, with a “no excuses” mindset and a passion for operational excellence., • Integrity-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative — a true team player., • 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment., • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role., • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/PeopleSoft preferred)., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Proven record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable performance gains., • High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
