Job Description Regional Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a region of around 40 pool facility clients by leveraging effective communication with Regional Director of Operations and ensuring a smooth and successful operation. The Regional Service Supervisor role is designed as a training role to shadow our Regional Directors of Operations in order to further prepare our company for growth! Previous experience in this field is not required to apply. Responsibilities: AquaTech is a seasonal pool management group providing full-service for neighborhood & community pools, as well as private associations and country clubs. Given the seasonal nature of the business, the Regional Service Supervisor's responsibilities will differ depending on the time of year. General: • Ensure the operations and overall success at pools region of responsibility (about 40 facilities), • serve as primary contact for service technicians, • complete in-depth training for pool service technicians, • complete 30-day, 60-day, and end of season evaluations for service technicians., • Manage Product & Loss evaluations & decision making for region., • oversee team of openers to prepare facilities for inspections & operations., • Oversee facilities’ needs regarding repair & renovation, including basic sales components, including completing annual facility assessments., • Hours Requirements: 40-45 hours per week, • Location: During pre-season preparation period & operating season, a majority of shifts will be “in field” overseeing operations. Requirements One to three year(s) of supervisory or managerial experience is recommended. One to three year(s) year of lifeguard or aquatics operations experience is recommended. One to three year(s) year budget/profit & loss experience is recommended. Current Certified Pool Operator certification is recommended. Job Description Summary: The Assistant Manager supports the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in the daily responsibilities required to keep the business running smoothly. The Assistant Manager directs employees and ensures that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner. Job Expectations: The Assistant Manager performs Leadership, Management, and Organizational tasks while supervising fellow Teammates, monitoring their performance, to ensure they comply with company and safety policies, and delegate tasks appropriately.
