Administrative: Utilize digital work order systems to track and prioritize requests. Supervise third-party contractors for major capital improvements or specialized repairs. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in commercial building maintenance or stationary engineering., • Computer Proficiency: Basic technical skills to operate a computer, manage emails, and navigate building management software., • Technical Versatility: Proven ability to handle basic "handyman" tasks with professional-grade results., • Communication: Ability to interact professionally with corporate tenants and property management staff., • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and available for occasional after-hours emergency calls.
