Build ABA the right way. From the ground up. SphereMind is launching a new ABA therapy company in South Florida and we are hiring our Founding BCBA to serve as Clinical Director from Day 1. This is not a caseload-and-clock-out position at a corporate ABA factory. This is a founding role where you will build the clinical infrastructure, shape the culture, and have a direct line to the CEO. If you've ever been frustrated by unmanageable caseloads, burned out by documentation, or felt like your company cares more about billing hours than client outcomes — this is your chance to build something different. What makes this different: • Caseload cap of 8–10 clients (we mean it — not 12–15 like everywhere else), • 2 hours/week of protected admin time built into your schedule, • Proprietary technology (SphereOS) that cuts documentation time by ~40%, • Equity/profit-sharing as a founding team member, • Quarterly bonuses tied to outcomes, not just billable hours, • Clear career path: Clinical Director ? Regional Director ? VP Clinical as we scale What you'll build: • Clinical Policies & Procedures Manual, • Assessment protocols (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS), • Treatment plan templates that meet insurance requirements, • RBT training curriculum and supervision framework, • Parent/caregiver training program, • Quality metrics and clinical outcome tracking What you'll do day-to-day: • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for new clients, • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, • Supervise RBTs (8:1 ratio, not 10–12:1), • Lead insurance authorizations and clinical documentation, • Recruit and train the first cohort of RBTs, • Partner with CEO on credentialing and payer strategy Requirements: • Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing, • Florida Behavior Analyst license (or ability to obtain within 30 days), • 3–5+ years post-certification clinical experience, • Experience supervising RBTs, • Knowledge of CPT codes 97151–97158 and insurance authorization processes, • Proficiency with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS Strongly preferred: • Bilingual English/Spanish, • Experience at a startup or small ABA practice (not just large corporate), • Florida Medicaid MCO experience (Sunshine Health, Simply, Molina), • Operations mindset — you build systems, not just follow them Compensation: • $85,000–$110,000 base salary, • Quarterly performance bonuses ($2,000–$5,000/quarter), • Equity/profit-sharing for founding team members, • CEU budget + paid professional development, • Medical, dental, and vision benefits, • PTO + company holidays
