We are looking for a dynamic physician who is passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care—including care for both adults and children—and dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with patients. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Supervision means the position has responsibility for the employee life cycle: hiring/firing, assigning work, performance reviews, disciplinary action, providing direction, training, scheduling/approving time off, etc.) This position provides supervision to others. • Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care – Provide full-spectrum outpatient care to patients of all ages, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in alignment with evidence-based guidelines., • Perform In-Office Procedures – Conduct procedures within the scope of primary care such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, incision and drainage, and women’s health services (e.g., Pap smears)., • Promote Patient-Centered Health – Educate, support, and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modification to empower informed decision-making., • Build Long-Term Relationships – Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through consistent communication, personalized care, and extended appointment times., • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team – Work closely with clinical pharmacists, registered dietitians, care coordinators, and behavioral health partners to provide integrated, team-based care., • Document and Manage Care in EHR – Accurately and timely document all clinical encounters, care plans, and follow-up actions in the electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with PeopleOne Health standards., • Engage in Quality Improvement – Participate in clinical quality initiatives, including adherence to quality metrics, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes., • Support a Value-Based Care Model – Embrace PeopleOne Health’s direct-pay, relationship-centered model by focusing on proactive, personalized care that minimizes unnecessary interventions and reduces total healthcare costs., • Participate in Team Development – Attend provider meetings, clinical case reviews, and continuing education sessions to contribute to the development and advancement of the care team., • Contribute to Business Development and Growth – Support the growth of the practice by participating in outreach efforts, representing the organization in the community, participate in initiatives for organizational and practice growth with our partners, and helping build a reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements: SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Passionate about providing full spectrum primary care and dedicated to providing patients with access to our resources that will help them make better choices related to their health, • Highly motivated self-starter looking for a rewarding role focused on investing time in diagnosing, healing and educating their patients. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS, • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, • Active and unrestricted medical license in state of health center location (or eligibility to obtain), • Current DEA certification in good standing, • While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to adverse indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
