Job Description Automotive F&I Specialist / F&I Trainer Position Summary: Finance & Insurance Specialist supports existing EasyCare partner dealerships, including managing performance improvement and guiding key relationships. The position also carries growth expectations, which are accomplished by helping expand current dealerships productivity and revenue, along with adding new opportunities to the territory footprint. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Dealership Performance: • Operate in Finance and Insurance retail role effectively, • Effectively demonstrate the EasyCare F&I process, • Provide F&I development and support to all assigned dealerships, • Train new F&I Managers and sales staff on EasyCare Benefits, process and Solutions, • Fill in as F&I Manager when help is needed and assist with CITs and money due, • Support field management on assignments with current clients and prospective clients, • Build relationships with employees in all positions in the dealership to help others achieve success, • Complete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelines, • Complete in store assignments, • You will be assigned to stores daily each week during your initial 24 months. The work week will vary from five to six days and will include Saturdays depending on market needs., • Complete Daily Activity Reports, including completed deals each day., • Assist with new account kickoffs, • Assist our clients with their business needs (Always Customer Driven), • Utilization of all EasyCare reporting and training tools, • Performance will be reviewed quarterly by Director of Operations and/or the Regional Manager New Opportunities: • Effectively secure referrals and enhance professional network, • Willing and dedicated to continually learn, • Complete the EasyCare five-day Impact training, • Complete the EasyCare Advanced F&I Impact training, • Complete the Easycare F&I Essentials compliance training within the first 90 days of employment, • Complete EasyCare Agent Benefits Training in Norcross, GA, • Learn all DMS’s (i.e., CDK, Reynolds, AutoMate, AutoSoft, DealerTrack etc.), • Proficient with all menu systems (i.e., MenuVantage, DealerTrack, Ristken, Docupad, Darwin, Reynolds, CDK, MaximTrak etc.), • Learn paperwork and processes for each account, • Understand with ability to train deal submission, deal structure and general lender relations, • Understand with the ability to train on dealer systems and programs (i.e., DealerTrack, CUDL, RouteOne, Honda Interactive, VW, TitleTec, CVR, CRIF, etc.), • Complete ACE compliance certification within six months of employment or have previously attain AFIP certification., • Understand with ability to train on all F&I benefits used at EasyCare, • Must be able to function as an F&I Manger at assigned dealerships, • Be fully proficient in all EasyCare benefits (VSC, GAP, SelectCare, Select 3, Select 5, Select Plus, EasyCare Maintenance, Appearance Protection, KeyCare, Dent, DriverCare, EasyCare VT7th PC, SAVY, Connect, EasyCare University, EasyCare Online, MotorTrend, EasyCare Wealth Building, CoVideo, and programs within six months of employment and be prepared to be quizzed, discuss and role-play those benefits at your six month review with the Director of Operations and Regional Manager., • Be fully proficient with ResistAll NG2/EasyCare Appearance within 30 days of employment, • Be fully proficient with all First Automotive products and programs to include OLE within 60 days of employment., • Be fully proficient with all the EasyCare gives to a dealer (Compliance, DRF, EasyCare Recruiting, EasyCare University, In-store training, Stop the Madness) within 60 days of employment Requirements Education and Experience • Previous F&I, Automotive Sales experience in the automotive industry required, • Previous B2B experience preferred but not required, • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Required Skills: • Must have a verifiable track record of above industry averages in product sales and PVR in previous F&I position, • Proven problem-solving skills, • Experience in training dealership personnel, and small to medium size groups, • Broad knowledge of retail automotive finance laws and regulations, • Proven relationship building skills, • Effective Time Management, • Highly ambitious, ability to work independently with excellent time management skills, • Extensive territory travel required, 80% daily travel required, including some overnight, • Demonstrated technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce, • Demonstrates propensity for continual learning, • Must be able to work Saturdays, • Must be able to work Sundays if required., • Available to work all Holidays except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Any other Holidays off will be based on client needs., • Must be able to work independently and show good business judgment.
