Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. Vocational or technical school training in heating system, HVAC, or boiler maintenance preferred. Three to five years of operation and maintenance in heat generation systems and related and equipment experience. Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience necessary to obtain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid and current driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required. Gas Certification and Boilermaker title may be required for assignments. Personal heating and plumbing tools are required.
