Job Summary: Responsible for providing wheelchair assistance to passengers requiring assistance at the airport at all stages between curb side and aircraft. Job Duties: . A Performance Manager is responsible for making sure people, teams, or programs are delivering results and continuously improving. The exact duties vary by industry (HR, sports, corporate, public sector), but here are the core job duties most roles share: Develop performance frameworks * Design KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals * Monitor and analyze performance * Track individual, team, and organizational performance using data and reporting tools * Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement * Manage performance review processes * Lead appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback systems * Ensure reviews are fair, consistent, and timely * Support employee development * Work with managers to create performance improvement plans (PIPs) * Identify training and development needs * Coach managers and leaders * Train managers on effective performance management, feedback, and goal alignment * Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement * Drive organizational improvement * Recommend process changes based on performance insights * Support change management initiatives * Ensure policy compliance * Ensure performance management practices comply with labor laws and internal policies Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED., • Must be at least 18 years of age., • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements., • Proficient in English. Physical requirements:, • Must be able to frequently lift, move up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
