Pay & Incentives • $25–$35/hr. + overtime, • $150 on‐call pay, • BGIS Kickoff Tech Bonus Program:, • $3,500 cash bonus or, • $1,250 technical training reimbursement or, • 40 extra holiday hours (5 paid days) Benefits • 48 hours PTO to start (up to 168 hours with tenure), • 7 paid holidays, • 401(k) with 5% employer match, • Health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, • Annual boot voucher Tools & Support • Take‐home company vehicle, • Company cellphone & tablet, • PPE provided, • Ongoing training and career advancement, • Relocation opportunities What You’ll Do • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment (air handlers, boilers, chillers), • Diagnose issues and complete minor repairs, • Assist senior techs with complex repair work, • Document work using a company-issued iPad/iPhone, • Deliver excellent customer service and follow all safety standards ✅ What You Need • 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience, • EPA Certification required, • HVAC apprenticeship/technical training preferred, • Great attitude and strong customer service skills, • Personal hand tools (drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, gauges), • Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE, • Valid driver’s license; must pass background, drug test, and MVR About BGIS ITS BGIS ITS (established in Philadelphia in 2022) is part of BGIS a global facility management leader with 7,000+ employees worldwide.
