The BAS / Controls Field Technician Specialist plays a hands-on leadership role in installing, starting up, commissioning, and closing out BAS/HVAC controls systems across major projects in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you'll lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, direct installations, troubleshoot systems, support commissioning, and maintain clear communication with project teams and clients. The position requires strong HVAC/BAS controls knowledge, the ability to interpret technical drawings, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to travel frequently.
