This role is instrumental in providing an extraordinary experience for all guests by delivering consistent, exceptional customer service. This is the first smile you see walking in the door and the last face you see on the way out. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. -Ensuring all members receive a high level of customer service throughout their visit.-Working with studio management to complete all daily studio tasks and projects efficiently.-Assist with training and coaching of new hires for all front and back of house team members.-Possessing a high degree of knowledge of all products and services offered at Studios Three.-Educating club members and guests on all Studio Three services and amenities available to them.-Cultivating an inclusive and fun environment that strengthens the S3 Family and community.-Ensuring all areas of the club including studios, locker rooms and common areas are clean and organized. -Working within the company guidelines to ensure all departments are on brand and align with Studio Three’s aesthetic.-Carrying out first timer & new member on-boarding processes.-Partnering with the Studio Three instructors and providing support as needed to ensure a successful class check-in process.-Maintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative. REQUIREMENTS:-Must be able to stand for long durations of time.-Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs. Job Description Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Repair Technician to join our team in the Central Texas area. As a Junior Repair Technician at Poolsure, your primary responsibility will be to assist Senior Technicians with pool equipment repairs at customer-owned Commercial Aquatic Facilities. Additionally, you will be instrumental in modeling industry best practices and communicating national standards to create lasting relationships with our customers. This position includes a company vehicle, allowing you to start and end your workday from home. Daily travel to our office location in San Marcos is not required. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist in performing basic repairs on pool pumps and filters under the guidance of Senior Team members., • Learn to diagnose repair issues and draft accurate quotes for customers., • Collaborate with Senior Team members to identify and repair underground pool leaks., • Conduct concrete demolition, excavate pool pipes, and perform concrete patching., • Carry out above-ground piping repairs., • Install new pool equipment as needed., • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials within the company vehicle.
