As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Insurance Agent to join our fast-paced team. This role blends front-line customer service with the ability to recognize and create new client opportunities. You will support and maintain client relationships, assist with policy renewals, help assess insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions while delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of insurance products, strong communication skills, and is comfortable assisting clients while identifying opportunities to better protect them. hourly + commission + bonus Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Responsibilities • Service and maintain existing client policies, including policy changes, renewals, and billing support, • Review renewals with clients and identify opportunities to improve coverage or pricing, • Prepare insurance quotes, present options, and close sales when appropriate, • Process endorsements, Evidence of Insurance (EOI) requests, and other policy documentation, • Provide friendly, professional service to all clients (in-person, phone, and email), • Accept and process premium payments accurately, • Respond to client inquiries, cancellation requests, and service needs within required timeframes, • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and support retention efforts, • Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required), • Prior insurance experience preferred (service and/or sales), • Positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset, • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities, • Strong multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Proficient with computers and agency management systems, • Must be able to pass a background check
