Job DescriptionProject Executive - Interiors We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact industrial & commercial projects across the Southeastern and Northeastern U.S. As we expand our footprint in New Jersey, we're seeking a skilled Project Executive to lead corporate interior projects in New Jersey and New York precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of industrial construction projects., • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment., • Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control., • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns., • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership., • 10+ years of experience managing commercial interiors - office buildings, • Fluency in Japanese (required due to client communication needs), • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills., • Competitive base ($185,000-$225,000) + Bonus, • Auto Allowance, Cell Allowance, • 401k Match, • Full medical, dental & vision, • 21 Days PTO, 10 Paid Holidays, • HSA, FSA & Life/disability insurance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
