Position Details • Position Type: Full-Time | Salaried | Non‑Exempt, • Primary Location: Los Angeles, CA, • Address clinical and technical issues related to equipment, protocols, and site operations, • Staff customer sites, • Support HUB operations, documentation reviews, and radiation‑safe transportation needs, • Provide customer support, education, and hands‑on clinical training, • Operate and support Rb‑82 infusion systems, • Partner with Clinical Account Managers, the National Staffing Manager, and Director of Operations to support:, • Patient care excellence, • Quality assurance, • Radiation safety, • Customer satisfaction, • Assist with:, • New site start‑ups, • Vendor technical training, • Equipment troubleshooting and issue resolution, • Ongoing continuity of care, • Train and mentor new employees, • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and company information, • Support CDL’s company objectives and clinical standards✅ QualificationsRequired, • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine, • NMTCB and/or ARRT (N) certification, • Active state license (California), • 2–4 years of experience in Nuclear Cardiology PET, • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical training skills, • Proven ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and manage change, • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle conflict and emergency situationsPreferred, • Experience with OEM or third‑party PET software/processing, • CT Certification, • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems⭐ Critical Performance Skills, • Expertise in Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac PET imaging, • Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making, • Clear and confident verbal communication, • Leadership and teamwork, • Organization and planning, • Commitment to quality and task completion, • Creativity and adaptability in dynamic environments????
