We're Looking For An: Operations Manager, Retail The Operations Retail Distribution Manager will lead distribution operations and report into the Sr. Operations Manager' s both in TN and CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in a high-volume, fulfillment environment who excels in fast-paced, metrics-driven operations. This position oversees end-to-end warehouse and retail distribution activities, with a core focus on inventory accuracy, stock movement, workflow efficiency, and loss prevention. The manager will ensure the smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes, including receiving, put away, cycle counting, replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping. In addition to operational execution, this role is responsible for staffing coordination, performance accountability, and maintaining clear communication between the distribution center and corporate leadership. Success in this position requires a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and data-driven decision-making, along with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflict professionally, and drive continuous improvement. The Operations Retail Distribution Manager is accountable for delivering on departmental goals related to safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and retail fulfillment service levels, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams across corporate including the People Team, general operations and retail channels to support evolving business needs. Location: Memphis, TN What You'll Be Doing: * • Coordinate seasonal events, promotions, and stock planning, partnering with procurement and planning teams to support peak execution and retail partner expectations., • Proven experience managing retail distribution or e-commerce fulfillment, • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on operational data, • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict professionally, influence outcomes, and maintain positive working relationships., • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred), • 5+ years of experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment with a minimum of 3 years of Inventory Control experience (preferred), • Retail or e-commerce distribution experience (preferred), • Certified in Production and Inventory Management, CPIM (preferred), • Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans., • Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
