We're Looking For An: Operations Manager, Retail The Operations Retail Distribution Manager will lead distribution operations and report into the Sr. Operations Manager' s both in TN and CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in a high-volume, fulfillment environment who excels in fast-paced, metrics-driven operations. This position oversees end-to-end warehouse and retail distribution activities, with a core focus on inventory accuracy, stock movement, workflow efficiency, and loss prevention. The manager will ensure the smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes, including receiving, put away, cycle counting, replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping. In addition to operational execution, this role is responsible for staffing coordination, performance accountability, and maintaining clear communication between the distribution center and corporate leadership. Success in this position requires a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and data-driven decision-making, along with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflict professionally, and drive continuous improvement. The Operations Retail Distribution Manager is accountable for delivering on departmental goals related to safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and retail fulfillment service levels, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams across corporate including the People Team, general operations and retail channels to support evolving business needs. We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee operations across multiple warehouses and distribution centers. Position Overview The Regional Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client locations within a designated geographic region. This role is highly travel-intensive (75%+ with overnight stays) and requires a hands-on leader who can ensure consistency, compliance, and high performance across all sites. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics/warehouse experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and coach high-performing teams.
