Position Summary The General Labourer will play a key role in supporting daily site operations through hands-on construction work and basic logistical coordination. This position requires someone adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with supervisors and teams based in Canada. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Construction Support • Perform general labour and assist with millwork, metalwork, restoration, and interior finishing tasks, • Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment, • Conduct site clean-up and maintain safe, organized work areas, • Receive, store, and organize delivered materials and equipment, • Coordinate basic site logistics such as access, deliveries, and tool availability, • Track materials and notify management of shortages or issues, • Support jobsite setup and breakdown as required, • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific rules, • Use required PPE at all times, • Previous construction or general labour experience required, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods, • Reliable transportation to job sites, • Valid authorization to work in the United States
