Job Description: GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a GSOC Surveillance Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a GSOC Surveillance Security Guard? As a Surveillance Officer – GSOC, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc. What’s in it for you: • Site Location: Richmond, VA, • Set schedule: Full-Time 40 Hours A Week, Days & Shifts are TBA currently, • Competitive hourly wage of $23.00/Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!), • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options, • Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld, • Handle calls for service; intake of media and emergency calls, • Complete daily reporting; incident Report input and approval, • Notification elevation, upon approval; mass notification/Everbridge, • Conduct travel security reviews, • Red Tag/Hot Works reporting, • Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring station, • Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systems, • Process and evaluate information received from all available sources, and respond with the appropriate communication and dispatch procedures, • Coordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting, etc.)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
