Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all clinical care and health-related services within the Adult Home (AH), Assisted Living Residence (ALR), Enriched Housing Program (EHP), Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR), and Special Needs Assisted Living Residence (SNALR)., • Ensure full compliance with NYS DOH regulations and internal policies., • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with Case Managers and the Administrator/EHP Coordinator., • Lead and evaluate nursing staff; supervise Home Health Aides (HHAs) assigned to medication management and personal care., • Conduct initial and periodic resident assessments and reassessments (at least every 6 months or as needed)., • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, statistical data, and quality assurance reports., • Participate in the development, evaluation, and revision of clinical policies and procedures., • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, interdisciplinary teams, and external healthcare providers., • Manage emergencies and clinical interventions across all care units. Qualifications:- An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes, procedures and practices is required.- 7+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery and/or technology support environment, preferably within the Government, but a law firm or top eDiscovery vendor is also acceptable.- Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.- Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.- Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.- Must be a US Citizen.- Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
