Job Description Onsite Location: Scottsdale, AZ Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annually Workplace Location: Fully Onsite POSITION SUMMARY As a Corporate Paralegal at Cardone Ventures, you will be at the center of our dynamic legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments, ensuring seamless knowledge management while providing crucial support for M&A, joint ventures, and venture capital investments. As a key player in a fast-growing organization, you'll engage with executive leadership, take ownership of impactful projects, and develop expertise across multiple legal disciplines. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: • Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (HighQ experience is a plus!), • Driving contract workflows from creation to approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies, • Keeping internal stakeholders informed by effectively managing priorities and escalating high-impact matters to the CLO, • Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional decision-making and problem-solving across the organization, • Tackling challenges with a blend of ingenuity, technology, and determination to deliver exceptional results OBJECTIVES • Draft, review, and manage NDAs, client contracts, and other agreements using templates, • Maintain seamless document flow and provide guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, and signing processes, • Partner with teams across the company to support legal initiatives and ensure smooth operations, • Provide essential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer COMPETENCIES • Proven experience managing corporate governance matters for U.S. and international subsidiaries, • Highly driven and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, • Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Business-minded and service-oriented, with a practical approach to legal matters, • Excellent communicator capable of translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable insights EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Paralegal Degree or Certification required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, • 5-10 years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting 10X TOTAL REWARDS We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes: • Your Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, a 100% paid EOS Fitness membership, and a 10% discount from Eat Clean Phoenix because when you feel good, you perform at your best., • Your Future: 401(k) with up to 3% company match, uncapped commission opportunities, and non-sales team members earning $20,000+ annually.
