Job Description Shift Production Manager Job Summary: Primary responsibilities for the Shift Production Manager are to coordinate and direct the daily activities in production, with a primary focus on the Pack-Smart department. This role includes managing the facility during weekend shifts to ensure adherence to safety, quality, maintenance and security standards. Other primary responsibilities include tracking material waste and resolving quality issues across the shift. Shift Supervisors will take daily directions from the Shift Production Manager interacting in all aspects of card production. Responsibilities • Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment, • Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans, • Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality, • Promoting safe practices on site, • Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs, • Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations, • Conducting investigations on accidents, • Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government institutions., • Responding to workers safety concerns, • Manages all communications with government departments in regards of safety, • Arranges OSHA-mandated evaluations of the site, • Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste, • Assisting with the preparation of a construction health and safety plan, • Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers, • Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures, • Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans, • Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated. Additional Considerations: Measurements of safety over-staffing (Additional duties adjustment; exceptional safety/health situations; unusual circumstances) • Additional duties (estimated number of necessary managers to assume duties) adjustment for time required of safety & health staff for duties unrelated or not directly related to safety and should be performed by other personnel, ideally, i.e., claims processing, workers comp administration, disaster planning, pollution control, etc., • Exceptional health & safety situations (estimated number of necessary personnel to assume duties), special staffing considerations for unusually hazardous working environment or operational procedures requiring special qualifications., • Unusual circumstances (estimated number of personnel necessary to assume duties) diverse situations sufficient to justify need for additional personnel, i.e., rapidly growing organizations, high employee turnover, unusually poor employee morale. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in environmental health/safety or related field, • In-depth knowledge of OSHA Standards 29 CFR 1926 for Construction, • Strong interpersonal skills, • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team, • Strong attention to detail, • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, • Ability to explain technical matters in simple terms, • Strong organizational and time management skills

Assess and build relationships and strategies with existing Key Accounts. Develop sales and prospecting strategies to create end user demand and to enhance existing relationships and increase sales. Make sales calls to develop new business. Conduct high level business conversations with decision-makers that encompasses.
