We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our mobile telecom products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the telecom industry (preferably mobile), strong product management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our mobile services portfolio, including 5G, IoT, MVNO/MNO products, eSIM, mobile apps, and value-added services. Key Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile telecom products — from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization., • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals., • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities., • Collaborate with engineering, network operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery., • Prioritize product features and enhancements using data-driven approaches (e.g., ROI, customer feedback, NPS)., • Drive go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, packaging, and channel strategy., • Manage vendor and partner relationships (e.g., OEMs, carriers, MVNEs, SIM/eSIM providers)., • Champion the voice of the customer in all phases of product development., • Support sales and customer success teams with product training and enablement., • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on feedback and analytics. Requirements: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred)., • 7+ years of product management experience in the telecom industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role., • Deep understanding of mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G, eSIM, VoLTE, MVNO/MNO ecosystems)., • Experience with consumer or enterprise mobile products and services., • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar., • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment., • Background in launching mobile apps or IoT-related telecom products., • Experience working with international mobile carriers or in roaming services., • Familiarity with FCC, GSMA, and other regulatory or standards bodies., • Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems and telecom billing architectures., • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
