This role allows you to enhance your credentials through hands-on experience in a diverse, high-acuity environment, from Adult and Neurosurgical ICUs to a busy NICU, labor and delivery, medical/surgical floors, and the emergency department. You'll engage with a wide range of advanced respiratory technologies—including Drager vents, V60s, V30s, multiple CPAP/BiPAP platforms, and nitric oxide delivery—broadening your clinical expertise and adapting to varying workplace dynamics and leadership practices. Schedule/Hours: • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT), • Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, • Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute hospital setting, with at least 1 year in Adult ICU, • Comfort with EPIC charting software, • Experience working with advanced respiratory devices (Drager vents, CPAP/BiPAP, etc.), • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care throughout the hospital, including Adult ICU, NICU, L&D, med-surg, and ED settings, • Administer ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, vest therapy, metaneb, nitric oxide, and high-flow oxygen systems, • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, • Tax-advantaged travel stipends for lodging and meals, • Travel assistance for a seamless relocation, • Premium compensation package, • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, • 401(k) plan for future security Compensation for this position ranges from $23.44 to $45.00.
