A-Players in this role have the following: • a demonstrated track record of leadership in building and aligning teams to achieve clear goals goals, • the resolve required to run a process-driven, labor-intensive business, • experience building and/or enforcing standard operating procedures, • a proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong teams, • a penchant for setting clear expectations and holding people accountable, • a comfort having hard conversations early, • a history of driving measurable growth in key performance metrics, • an understanding of marketing, sales, and capacity planning, • an openness to feedback and structured systems, • a willingness to follow proven playbooks, • a desire for improvement rather than validation, • Leadership transformation, • Full-time W-2 employee status exempt from overtime pay, • Performance-based compensation: base salary + profit sharing (no cap), • Generous equity earn-in program, • 2 Weeks PTO to start, • Company Vehicle, • On-the-job training and development What to Expect A-Player General Managers should expect to make the following: • Year 1 = $85k, • Year 2 = $100-110k, • Year 3 = $125 - $135k
