Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter and update patient demographics, medical histories, insurance information, and other relevant data into electronic health records and databases., • Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies., • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations., • Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record-keeping., • Assist with general administrative tasks and support departmental operations as required., • Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent is required., • Proven experience in a data entry role, ideally within a healthcare environment., • Strong proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel., • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail., • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively., • Basic familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
