Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative Alternate/Related Job Titles: • Phlebotomy Technician, • Medical Assistant – Phlebotomy, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 28 weeks, • Start: As Soon As Possible, • Pay Rate: $22.00 – $27.20 per hour (based on experience and location), • Perform daily specimen collection activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction., • Maintain a safe and professional clinical environment at all times., • Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing in compliance with standards., • Verify and record patient demographic information and specimen labels., • Maintain required records and documentation for all procedures., • Promote a positive image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.Required Experience:, • Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred., • Experience providing customer service in retail or healthcare environments preferred., • Keyboard and data entry proficiency required.Nice-to-Have Experience:, • Prior medical assistant or paramedic training., • Experience working in patient service centers or clinical lab environments., • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in fast-paced settings.Required Skills:, • Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy.Preferred Skills:, • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in high-volume environments.Additional Skills:, • Commitment to company policies, safety, and dress code., • Consistent focus on patient confidentiality and professional integrity., • Adaptability to evolving procedures and work assignments.Licenses / Credentials:, • California CPT I (Certified Phlebotomy Technician I) – Required.Benefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #gttqst #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
