Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders into the company system. You will be processing up to 200-250 driver tickets daily, • Review orders for completeness and accuracy, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information, • Communicate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies or missing information, • Maintain organized records of orders and customer documentation, • Provide timely updates on order status as needed, • Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks to support the operations teamQualifications, • 2+ years of order entry, data entry, or administrative support experience, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ESPECIALLY Excel, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMPay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
