Job Description Your Mission As National Account Manager – Target, you’ll be the commercial lead for one of our most strategic U.S. accounts. You’ll own the relationship with Target across both in-store and Target.com — managing all sales activities, leading line reviews, driving digital growth, and growing the business across storage, kitchenware, and cleaning categories. You’ll report directly to the CEO and lead a Sales Coordinator who handles backend systems and execution. You’ll have full ownership of the commercial strategy and execution for Target across all channels. Key Responsibilities · Own and grow the Target account across both brick-and-mortar and Target.com. · Act as the lead point of contact for Target buyers, planners, and digital merchandising teams. · Develop and execute joint business plans and omnichannel growth strategies tailored to Target’s evolving customer base. · Lead all line reviews, assortment planning, and sell-in presentations. · Build and manage forecasts, promotional calendars, and seasonal business plans. · Partner with internal teams (Design, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Costing, Marketing, Customer Service) to align execution across functions. · Manage a dedicated Sales Coordinator responsible for POL (Partners Online), PCN, quote submissions, compliance tasks, and digital content uploads. · Oversee digital performance on Target.com, including content accuracy, reviews, availability, pricing, searchability, and product conversion. · Analyze digital metrics, search trends, and Target.com dashboards to uncover opportunities and improve performance. · Stay current on retail and eCommerce trends, category insights, and competitive positioning. Experience & Qualifications Experience: · Experience managing the Target account, including Target.com and omnichannel business models. · Deep knowledge of Target’s merchandising teams, POL, PCN, and digital merchandising tools. · Proven success driving sales across both store and online platforms. · Strong commercial acumen — able to manage promotional spend, margin performance, and supply chain dynamics. · Track record of executing high-impact line reviews and promotional strategies. · Familiarity with digital shelf KPIs: content accuracy, imagery, SEO/search rank, conversion rates, and consumer reviews. · Experience leading or mentoring support team members (e.g. sales coordinators). · Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong data fluency and reporting capabilities. · Fast, accountable, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership in a high-expectation environment.
