If you're experienced in selling to construction companies, subcontractors, luxury builders, and high-net-worth homeowners, this is a standout opportunity. For 30+ years, ETC Florida has been a leader in high-end residential technology—delivering cutting-edge solutions in AV, lighting, home automation (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Vantage, Savant), networking, security, and structured wiring. What You’ll Do • Build and grow relationships with builders, GCs, subcontractors, architects, and designers, • Conduct high-level client consultations with luxury homeowners, • Develop proposals for premium AV, automation, lighting, and smart home systems, • Attend job walks and site meetings with construction partners, • Work closely with engineering and project management on scopes and pricing, • Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM, • Submit and Develop orders by utilizing software-based quoting tools, • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments, • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly annual territory analysis, • Represent ETC Florida’s brand with the highest level of professionalism Who We’re Looking For Someone who is: • Polished, relationship-driven, and confident with high-net-worth clientele, • Experienced selling in construction, low voltage, AV, or home automation, • Able to communicate technical ideas in a simple, compelling way, • Comfortable working in both luxury home environments and active job sites, • Motivated to close deals and exceed revenue targets, • Ability to multitask, react, and redirect if necessary, • Organized and effective with time management Requirements • 5+ years in sales (construction, AV integration, home automation, electrical, or luxury residential preferred), • Experience working directly with construction companies or subcontractors is required, • Experience selling to high-end homeowners or premium clients, • Understanding of low-voltage systems, lighting control, or automation (a plus), • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, • Experience leading and managing a sales team, • Experience dealing with direct reports and running daily / weekly sales meetings Key Attributes • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship., • Natural leadership and mentoring ability., • Calm and resourceful when problem-solving on site., • Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction., • Enthusiastic about new technologies and continual learning.
