You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and ensure that all operations meet safety, quality, and performance standards.This position requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities, • Install, maintain, and repair production and quality control equipment as needed., • Analyze mechanical and operational problems, determine corrective actions, and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance., • Conduct preventive maintenance checks, document findings, and communicate issues to supervisors., • Maintain accurate records of downtime, labor, and repairs., • Troubleshoot and install electrical circuits (both low and high voltage)., • Assist with building maintenance and inventory of repair supplies., • Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized., • Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain compliance with all safety and food quality standards (SQF, GMP, HACCP).Qualifications and Requirements, • 5+ years of mechanical experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment., • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with HMI, PLC, and VFD systems., • Ability to read and interpret schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and work independently., • Must supply own tools., • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required., • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Your New Organization:A leading North American coffee and tea producer committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
