Job DescriptionDescription: The ASME Plasma/Roll Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plasma cutting and roll forming equipment to fabricate metal parts and components according to ASME standards. This role involves setting up machines, selecting materials, and ensuring that finished products meet quality and safety standards. No prior plasma or roll experience? No problem – we are willing to fully train motivated individuals who have a strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and a desire to learn skilled manufacturing trades. Primary Responsibilities • Champion safety by leading with a safety-first mindset.
