Job DescriptionSalary: ~41,000 annually Job Overview We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a small, fast-paced cleaning company. In this role, you will oversee daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Your responsibilities include managing supplies, scheduling, staff coordination, client communication, and monitoring productivity. The position combines in-office and remote duties, emphasizing teamwork, organization, and customer satisfaction. Experience or a strong interest in digital marketing is a valuable plus. Key Responsibilities Office & Supplies Management • Maintain inventory of cleaning towels and supplies., • Communicate with staff regarding schedules, updates, and changes., • Monitor employee time clocks and job clocks to ensure accuracy and accountability., • Fill in for staff shortages when necessary., • Ensure staff have all necessary equipment and products to complete their duties., • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees., • Enforce company policies and procedures., • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards., • Develop and deliver training materials., • Manage daily team and customer scheduling using field management software., • Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and social media to address inquiries., • Manage customer schedules and ensure satisfaction with completed jobs., • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media posts., • Track and analyze post performance to improve visibility and engagement., • Monday Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (in-office), • Saturday: 8:00 am 8:45 am (alternating) (Based on the current average weekly sales revenue of $24,000 with seven active day teams.) • Weekly pay, • Starting minimum compensation: 3.3% of sales revenue from completed jobs each pay period (approximately $792 per week or $42,000 annually), • Compensation adjusts according to total revenue, • The commission percentage may decrease as additional teams are added, though overall pay generally increases with company growth, • Additional compensation for fieldwork conducted outside office hours, • Customer tips apply when covering staff shortages Paid holidays and time off include: • New Years Day, • Independence Day, • Thanksgiving Day, • Experience in operations, scheduling, or digital marketing is a plus, • Proficiency with field service management software, CRM systems, and Google Sheets, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Experience in the cleaning industry preferred
