Job Description HR Systems Manager (UKG Pro) – Passaic County, NJ Salary: $125,000–$160,000 + 15% bonus Ready to own the HR tech stack and drive real impact? This is a standalone, high-visibility role for a systems optimizer who thrives on both strategy and execution. What You’ll Do: * Lead all things UKG Pro—system admin, dashboards, KPIs, and integrations (must know SQL and BI tools; no time for training wheels) * Partner with leadership (LT team seat) to elevate the people function—bring ideas, build solutions, and present to everyone from C-suite to warehouse * Clean up, build up: Take a well-maintained system and design what’s next (think: interior designer, not just a janitor) * Own data hygiene, reporting, and compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, EEO, etc.) * Spearhead new module builds (Benefits Hub, Paradox AI integration, healthcare carrier feeds) * Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance (heavy interface with FP expect CFO involvement in process) * Train, support, and energize internal customers—no hiding behind the system What You Bring: * 5+ years in HRIS/HR Systems (3+ years hands-on with UKG Pro/UltiPro; UKG Ready considered) * Advanced with SQL, Power BI, and HR data analytics * Proven project leadership—implementations, integrations, and upgrades * Detail-obsessed, pressure-tested, and ready to innovate * Polished, collaborative, and people-forward—can connect with all levels * Career-driven, loyal, and ready to show your wins (bring examples to the interview!) The Fine Print: * No direct reports; you’re the architect and operator * Multi-state scope (20+ states, East Coast focus; no CA/CO candidates) * Hybrid/flexible: Office options in NJ, MD, TX, or remote * Industry background?
