Job Description Position: Office Operations & Customer Support Assistant Location: On-site, industrial/warehouse office (no relocation or remote work) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Compensation: $18/hour, DOE, with performance-based incentives About Turner MFG Turner MFG is a fast-growing manufacturing company operating from a warehouse-style facility in an industrial area. Role Overview The Executive & E-Commerce Office Assistant provides direct support to leadership while helping manage our online order flow and basic regulatory tasks. This role combines: • Professional executive/office personal assistant support, • Hands-on use of office and online store tools (email, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, shipping systems) Key Responsibilities Executive & Office Support • Manage executive and departmental calendars, meetings, and basic travel arrangements, • Support leadership with preparation of simple reports, summaries, and follow-up emails, • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with a professional, courteous demeanor, online chat assistance, • Greet and assist occasional visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel, • Maintain organized electronic and physical records, including contact databases and project tracking logs, • Use standard office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing) for daily tasks and reporting, • Process and track online customer orders from entry to fulfillment, • Send accurate order confirmations, shipping updates, and basic follow-up communication, • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, • Provide front-line customer service by phone and email, including order status updates and general product or process inquiries, • Maintain a professional, solution-focused tone with customers at all times, • Research and compile concise, easy-to-read summaries of regulatory requirements related to trademarks and basic FDA, EPA, and OSHA topics as assigned, • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines involving office and warehouse teams, • Help ensure accurate, timely flow of information between leadership, office staff, and warehouse operations Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, executive/office personal assistance, customer service, or regulatory administration, • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; consistent punctuality is essential, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a polished and professional phone manner, • Comfortable working full-time on-site in an industrial/warehouse office environment (no work-from-home), • Familiarity with regulatory environments (FDA, EPA, OSHA, trademarks) preferred but not required; strong willingness to learn is essential, • Proficiency with standard office software (email platforms, spreadsheets, word processing), • Experience with online order-entry, e-commerce backends, or shipping/fulfillment tools is strongly preferred What We Offer • Growth opportunities within a dynamic, mission-driven manufacturing company, • A supportive, team-oriented culture in a casual but professional warehouse-style office, • Paid holidays after 90 days of employment, • PTO eligibility after one year of employment, • Competitive hourly pay with the potential for performance-based incentives How to Apply All interviews and training are conducted on-site.
