How You'll Help This position manages the Marketplace operations at Mile High United Way's Community Corner, primarily including but not limited to the management of receiving, handling, storing and distributing food in a manner that is compliant with our safety standards and those of partners and food providing agencies, as well as volunteers, donor relationships and family experiences. This role works cross-departmentally to develop operational strategies that align with Community Impact Division work, strategic initiatives, 211 and facilities. Essential Responsibilities • Manage the Marketplace operations within the Community Corner including acquisition, receiving, sorting and distributing food, maintaining inventory, budget, tracking related data and managing volunteers who support the operations., • Manage volunteers and activities for food pantry operations through a combination of one-time and recurring opportunities for corporate, group and community volunteers. Job Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED · 2+ years in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, or environmental services · 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality roles · Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to communicate complex concepts and risk factors to stakeholders and influence decision making · Ability and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology necessary for successful day-to-day functioning in a business environment. · Ability to pass background screening requirements, including identity, criminal history and motor vehicle records checks · Ability to meet DOT physical standards, including a 5-panel drug screen Preferred Qualifications: • Previous pest control experience, • Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications Physical Requirements: • Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to handle pest control equipment and work in various conditions and environments., • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, which may weigh up to 50 pounds., • Bending, Stooping, and Crawling: Frequent bending, stooping, and crawling to access and treat pest-infested areas., • Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking while inspecting and treating areas., • Working in Confined Spaces: Ability to work in tight or confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, equipment rooms, and silos., • Climbing: Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary., • Driving: Must possess the physical ability to safely operate and drive a vehicle, including maintaining control and awareness during extended periods of driving, • Use of Protective Equipment: Wearing protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and respirators, to reduce the risk of harm from pesticides, • Working in various weather conditions: Preparedness to work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat, cold, and rain. Director of Business Development – Global Solutions Role Summary - Major focus areas and initiatives of the role will be: Strategic Growth & Business Development • This is a pure sales role chartered at winning/scaling new business to fuel next levels of growth for APCB Global Services. This is geared towards commercial business. ITAR business is not in scope., • Define and execute a growth strategy to expand and scale adoption of AdvancedPCB’s Global Solutions., • Drive measurable growth in (Global) division revenue and number of customers., • Work with Marketing to identify buying behavior triggers, customer personas, and customer lifecycle stages where Global Solutions delivers the greatest value., • Build trusted relationships with customers focused on production &cost optimization, risk mitigation, & global scaling strategies., • Establish metrics and reporting to track customer adoption, revenue growth, & program performance., • Use customer feedback, market trends, and program data to continuously refine the company’s Global Solutions strategy., • Lead development of repeatable processes and best practices that enable scalable global growth., • Location is flexible and open within the United States., • Business or technical degree., • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy within PCB manufacturing, EMS, or related electronics industries., • Demonstrated experience in global manufacturing, offshore supply chain and 3PL programs., • Proven ability to drive customer adoption of complex service offerings across multiple regions., • Ability to effectively communicate, written and verbal, across cultures, regions, and internal teams., • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support global programs (30-40%), • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined work ethic., • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
