Job Summary: The Vice President of Outreach is responsible for driving strategic admissions growth, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening community and referral relationships across all Team Recovery programs. This position unifies marketing, outreach, and admissions under one coordinated strategy that emphasizes timely conversion, data-driven decision-making, and client-centered engagement. Core Responsibilities: • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for Community Outreach/Business Development, Admissions, and Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with Team Recovery's mission, growth objectives, and overall organizational strategy., • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive outreach and community engagement strategy that is fully aligned with Team Recovery's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and organizational priorities., • Serve as a senior member of the executive leadership team, collaborating with the CEO and executive team to inform strategy, drive growth, and strengthen organizational visibility and impact., • Direct and oversee Admissions and Business Development operations, including identification, cultivation, and retention of key referral sources, ensuring strong communication, consistent follow up, and high-quality referral partnerships., • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with community leaders, referral partners, healthcare providers, government agencies, businesses, and other key stakeholders to expand Team Recovery's reach and influence., • Identify, negotiate, and steward partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative opportunities that enhance organizational visibility, referral volume, and community presence., • Provide executive oversight of all marketing efforts, including the management of outsourced marketing and community vendors, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, performance accountability, and return on investment., • Oversee outreach campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, digital campaigns, print materials, and community-facing content that promote awareness of Team Recovery's mission and programs., • Ensure consistent, professional internal and external communications, maintaining a unified brand voice across outreach, admissions, marketing, and community engagement activities., • Lead the development and execution of digital growth strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising, and related initiatives in collaboration with external vendors., • Oversee the implementation, utilization, and optimization of the Community Relations Management (CRM) system and Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) to support outreach effectiveness, admissions performance, and data-driven decision-making., • Provide fiscal oversight for assigned departmental budgets, maintaining financial accountability, monitoring performance, and preparing variance analyses and reports as required., • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of outreach, marketing, and community relations initiatives, using data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement., • Represent Team Recovery publicly at community events, public forums, conferences, and speaking engagements, serving as a visible and credible ambassador for the organization., • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to staff involved in outreach, admissions, marketing coordination, and partnership development, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. License Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, be 21 years or older, and be deemed insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.
